Walk-In Special

If booked within 24 hours of arrival, you can have any available room in the Inn for just $150 (plus tax of course!).  We include our signature 3-4 course breakfast!   Right now, on all NEW reservations, ask for the Walk-in Rate for any room for a three-night minimum good until the end of June. Instant escape at a savings of $29 to $49 per night depending upon the room requested! Mention this special when making your reservation either on the phone or online and your room total will be adjusted by Susie and Bill--no worries!
Offer valid for new reservations and subject to availability. This rate is for single or double occupancy. A two- night weekend stay applies unless there is a three day holiday. This special cannot be combined with any other specials and must be mentioned at the time you make a reservation. Not valid with with the use of gift certificates.

October 15th-17th---Water Music Festival XXVI

October is a great time to be on the Long Beach Peninsula!  If you love the combination of fine accommodations, the best dining and beautiful music, celebrate all of these finer things at Water Music Festival, now in its 26th season! To entice you to return for this fabulous event or to experience it for the first time, Boreas Bed and Breakfast Inn is offering you an incentive when you reserve three nights during the festival. Stay Friday, Saturday and Sunday, purchase tickets to some or all concerts on Friday, the 15th through Sunday, the 17th, and we will give you 50% off on your third night. Let us know which musical events you would like to attend and we'll order your tickets and they'll be waiting for you at Boreas when you arrive. Add An In-Room Massage to your Getaway!
To arrange for an in-room massage while staying at Boreas Inn, just include the request in your online request form or tell us on the phone.  In-room massages are subject to our licensed massage therapist's' availability, of course. So the earlier you book the better--but we've been known to work last minute wonders--so it never hurts to try at the last minute! You will pay the massage therapist directly (cash or check) and if you like the massage, feel free to add a gratuity.  You can request deep tissue, Swedish, or sports massage. For 60 minutes, the charge is $75, for 90 minutes, $95. A darn good deal!   For scheduling, breakfast is at 9:30 a.m. Please tell us your preference for scheduling and flexibility is a good thing!
