The Yett Beach House (Historic Vacation Rental)
The Yett House has an opening over Labor Day weekend,September 4-9!
The cost is $150.00 per night or $995 a week plus a $50 non-refundable cleaning fee, relevant pet fee ($25 per pet) and 10.8% tax. A two-night minimum is required during the off-season, 3 nights for some holiday weekends. During summer months, a 7-night minimum is required, except when filling in shorter gaps in the schedule.

The Yett Beach House, managed by Boreas Bed & Breakfast Inn, is a 125 year-old beach home full of old-fashioned charm and antiques. Located in the primary dunes of Long Beach, you can see the ocean from the grounds and front rooms and the property extends towards the Pacific Ocean. There is a 5-8 minute walk through a private trail to the ocean. This picturesque cottage is surrounded by a lawn with a white picket fence, reminiscent of cottages and beaches on Cape Cod. There are two bedrooms with queen beds and one bedroom with a full bed. All beds are topped with hypoallergenic feather beds. There is a full-sized futon couch in the living room. The single bathroom features an old fashioned bear-claw tub with shower for wonderful soaking and relaxation.
Located in the dunes, with property extending toward the Pacific Ocean, this historic, picturesque cottage is surrounded by a lawn with a white picket fence. You can walk to the beach in 5-8 minutes either via the Boreas Inn private dunes trail, or down 6th Street. The cottage sleeps no more than six people and no smoking is allowed inside. A covered porch borders the cottage on the south and west sides. Though a romantic spot for just two and is perfect for families. Flea-free pets are allowed by pre-arrangement. You'll appreciate the convenience of the small but fully equipped kitchen, fresh towels linens (supplied once per stay), and a small TV with DVD player in the living room which receives basic cable stations. Walk the Boreas Dunes Path to the beach and listen to the sounds of the ocean at night. Walk a few blocks to the shops in town, or take a stroll on the adjacent 8- mile long Discovery Trail or Long Beach Boardwalk. Whether you're visiting during our beautiful summers or our infamous stormy times, you will enjoy the exclusive privacy of this lovely little hideaway.

The Yett Beach House is separate from Boreas B&B, therefore breakfast and use of the Boreas spa are not included.
Policies
A valid credit card number is required to secure your reservation. Payment in full is expected after check-in. We have a 45- day cancellation notice policy--your credit card will be applied to any portion of your stay that is canceled less than a minimum 45 days prior to arrival unless we can rent out the cottage for the days you have canceled. A longer cancellation notice policy may apply to holidays, special events or longer stays. Tariffs are subject to change. In the off-season, there is a two- night minimum stay requirement. Longer minimums apply to holidays and special events year around. We ask for one-week or longer minimums during the summer and will fill in around those stays with shorter stays if necessary. Prices quoted do not include cleaning fee, any pet fees, excise and local room tax (10.8% for combined tax). Check-in time is between 4-6 pm. Please call us if you will be later than 6 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. There is no smoking allowed inside the Yett House. Considerate smoking outside on the porch or in the garden is allowed. A separate email will be sent in addition to the confirmation that details the Yett House History and Rules and we require written or verbal acknowledgment of the receipt of the two documents.
