General info and cancellations
BY BOOKING A RESERVATION WITH US, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND, AND AGREE TO OUR POLICIES.
Our policies are subject to change without notice. In the event of any conflict, the policies listed here on our website shall be deemed the most current and in effect.
Check-in is between 4-6 pm or by arrangement. Check-out is 11 a.m. Rates are per room, per night for up to 2 people. These rates are subject to change without notice. A third person in the Hideaway or Garden Suite costs $35 extra per night plus tax. Rates are quoted in USD. Full payment is due at time of arrival, unless there is a request for payment prior to arrival. A credit card will be collected at the time of booking and will be used as a guarantee for the reservation confirmation.
There is a 10-day cancellation policy for Boreas Inn there is a 45-day cancellation policy for the Yett House vacation rental. If there is a cancellation, the credit card will be charged for all booked nights if cancelled within the cancellation policy period unless the room can be re-booked for any and all of the cancelled nights. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit & debit cards. To cancel a reservation, please e-mail or call us at 360-642-8069.
We are NOT able to accommodate babies, toddlers, or children under the age of 12 At Boreas Inn. Well-behaved children 12 years or older may be accommodated. All children are counted as room occupants. All children must be accompanied by an adult while on the property.
The Yett House Vacation Rental CAN accommodate children under the age of 12.
We are NOT able to accommodate pets at Boreas Inn. The Yett House allows up to two pets as approved by the Boreas Inn managers. We will charge a non-refundable Pet Fee of $25 per pet for youre stay at the Yett House.
There is a $70 non-refundable cleaning charge at the Yett House.
Guests are financially responsible for any damage done at either the Boreas Inn or the Yett Beach House. The Yett House has a list of rules that must be acknowledged and agreed upon at the time a reservation is made.
OTA’s and Third-Party Websites
If you make your reservation through an OTA (Online Travel Agency) or third-party website (such as Expedia, Hotels.com, Hotwire, Travelocity, Orbitz, Priceline, Booking.com, Trivago, or other) that website is responsible for providing customer service for your reservation. We are not responsible for errors in rates, services offered, or descriptive information on third-party websites.
Guests will be held responsible for property damages and special cleaning charges resulting from negligence, carelessness, misuse of the property, or failure to adhere to these policies. The credit card on file will be charged for any excessive damage beyond usual wear and tear.
Neither the property owners nor managers are responsible for any personal injury, property damage, and/or theft. By staying at the property, guests agree to hold the property owners, managers, and staff harmless in the case of any injury or damage.
We respect your right to privacy. Any information you give us is held with the utmost care and security and will not be used in a manner to which you have not consented. We will not sell, rent or loan the identities or any other personal and identifiable information of our guests.
